well the swap is pricey when done right and for people who want stock motors and a fair amount of power its the car for them.

K series just doesnt do much for me but I guess thats cause im not into all motor so it is a pointless swap for turbo guys.Those motors make some pretty respectable power NA though i have to admit just bolt ons in a EG hatch would be a quick car.

Not a huge fan myself but a k20 swap isnt that bad in a light chassis but the cost is well beyond most Honda owners. Its more of a road racing craze all motor thang. Drag racing wise ya the b series for boost will always rule.

nobody in their right mind would pay that for a car w/swap they didn't either do themselves or have done themselves by a shop they know. i tried to sell my crx and no one wants to pay that kind of money for a car that is all done. it is FAR cheaper to start new and do it yourself. hence, the reason i sold my complete setup, engine, turbo setup and all the parts i was collecting. i got close to $6k for just what was under the hood, no one was interested in paying even that much for the complete car so i kept the shell and will be starting the new project from the engine back soon.

ya im trying to sell my car right now for way less than what parts motor chasis etc would run im thinking about parting it out now :P i dont get how an R swap runs more than what im asking for my ride and the car im selling has a motor built that probably puts out more power.
