Default aftermarket radiator fan?

will a fan like this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1875006747 (maybe a 10inch 1000cfm) cool my CRX a lot better, well worth the money? i plan on swapping in a radiator thats about half the size of the stock radiator. i can hook up this to run off the same power/switching ---- the stock fan runs off right?
