What is XR? Speed? Caffeine pills?
I used to take caffeine pills when energy drink wasnt popullar. This ---- isnt legal here, don't know for you.
It's like more than 100mg of straight caffeine and I took at least one per day (sometimes two) and never had problem. At the end I was taking them only for the sensation... (I was addicted)
Btw, too much caffeine is very bad for kidney. I was not able to work too much, it was like a backache.
Anyway, at least nobody is dead :P
