Well.. thank everyone for the help.. i got it fixed finially after replacing everything electrical. turned out out to be the ground under the coil that goes to the harness.. so it runs great now!!! not bad for a $400 car.. all it needs is some new leather on the front seats.. and a sunroof gasket!
