89 crx si seat belt locks

anybody have problems with their locks. mine are electronic and they just dont ------- work anymore. the car was junk/wrecked when i bought it, so im guessing theyre shot. where can i get some replacement NON electric seat belt locks? all the auto parts stores tell me to go to the dealership, and i know theyre just going to sell me replacement ones.

I believe honda has lifetime replacement on seatbelts/buckles

I wish I knew that when I had my CRX, my seatbelt didn't restrain me in my wreck... I knew the passenger side was whack, but apparently the driver's side was shot too
