Re:78 indi pace corvette, water damage repair
if the car is FI it'll be big trouble. If not it may not be so bad. motor could probably started with out puliing it apart. The bulbs, gages, radio will probably be bad but the actual wires shold be fine. but the interior will be shot. Have you seen the car cause it probably smels like ----. The seats may look fine but the fam is probably rotten, along with any soft parts in the car. And FYI if you're thinking you can redo it and make money, I don't think those cars are worth that much . so be careful.

Dont walk away from this deal....RUN!!! The 78 is a dog on a good day, $4K is a lot for a perfect one. The water damage is the least of that cars problems. Corevet people dont even like them. I passed on a VERY nice 80(same car) a few years back.. The dealershp I was working at offered him $1500 on trade but the guy wanted $3000 for it. I did some research before I gave him any money and found out he had been trying to sell it to every car club and dealer/wholesaler in the state and no one would buy it.And this was a garage kept cream puff, not a salvage title rebuild flood car.
