wow thats a dream come true bro... those cars are one of if not the rarest old school toyota to come by... if u get your hands on it.. dnt ever sell it!!! and if u do ur going to get lots $$$ for it.... ask for a price.... and post pics if u get it... sounds really interesting...nd ya 2tc and 3tc are by far the easiest motors to work on.... and there fast *** hell built rite!! good luck with getting tht sr5 bro..

I know last time I found a brown '75 rollla in mint condition always garaged and there were service records from time of purchase until death of the owner. The daughter of the owner sold it to a dealership and then the dealership sold it for $3500 usd. The guy who bought it lives about 35miles from me and drives to work almost a 100miles round trip every with it for 3 yrs. I heard he sold it recently to somebody here in town. But I haven't found it yet. I would rather have yellow sport coupe. I look at it every day as I drive by, maybe I obsess to much on those TE chassis but I love them.

There's are redneck guy who shoe-horned a 2JZ into an 81 corolla, built tubbed, etc. Put 980 to the ground, but dude had no clue how to set up the suspension, the best it ever ran was like a 10.80 something. Meh.

My brother has a 400hp MR2 and an 81 Starlet thats getting a 2RZ turbo, which should be disgustingly quick.

ya those motors are disgustingly fast.. a buddy of mines has a 2jz in a 83 corolla.. runs 8.1 all day nd its not tuned.... shood run low 7s once tuned!! i love it...
and about ur bros starlet... the 2rz motor is capable of sum amazing number bro.... a buddy of mine has 4 corollas with 2rz motors and they all in the 9s.. another friend has a celica with a 2rz.. paradise racing team... is wat ther called... monster motors and they have all the numbers to proove it!!
the turbo ran 9.78 and it was lettting off 3rd gear... the orange one ran 11.1 " all motor"... very very fast for all motor imo!! goodluck with the starlet bro..

thanks bro... the orange one my dad has.. is serously original.. we win all the classic car shows around with that car... we take all the original catagories from.. orginal paint to engine bay to interior and overall best in show.. its an amazin car.. to bad we nvr drive it.. juz so we wont put miles on it tho.. thanks again..

Ive spoken with the guy from paradise racing breifly on the net, Luis I think his name was? Pretty bright dude, knows his toyota ----. He was going to buy my trunk AE86 but I sold it before he made up his mind.
