i get flamed allot, how do punching bags catch fire? unless its spontanious combustion. i saw it on the descovery channel. some dude simply busrted into flames. but punching bags dont do that normally. unless you his it very hard and reached terminal velocity in a miliseccond and the friction of the air caught it on fire. i guess thats what it is.
