Encode it with a WMV codec. Like a 700k VBR or somthing.

lol last night i was setting the timing in my parents driveway and some neighbor called the cops and said i was running circles around the block speeding around lol
the car hadnt moved for like 4 days lol
i was like dude, i just put it back together the car hasnt moved lol. as the cop was gettin into his car i started revvin it up lmao. i bet the neighbors were pissed when he was walkin away with my still revvin and making noise.
leeann and i had a good laugh...
