yes you can, a bunch of kids around here(13 ish) used to try to work on there dir bikes, changing plugs with a j bar.
well then they would ride the bixes and the plugs would fly out.
pull te head off, go to the store and buy a 2 stroke plug the same length but fater.
drill it out, tap it and ur good to go. Iv fixed 4 or 5 of there bikes like this

Alrite well I guess I found the solution to the problem. I'm gonna
1. Remove the head (do I have to buy an OEM headgasket or can I make one outta somethin?)
2. Drill and tap it for a 12mm plug. I figured instead of doing a heli-coil go ahead and do a fancy fix and make a 12mm plug work instead of the stock 10mm. I figured out I'm gonna need a NGK DR6HS plug.
