Anyone heard of this movie? It's like the gumball on speed. New york to LA in 32 hours.

I saw a clip. They were driving cars like ferraris, and trans ams. They installed 50-60 gallon gas tanks, brake light cut off switches, CB radios, and dual scanners. They said it was awesome watching cops back out of a chase after like 140.
