Well this looks familiar (yeah talking to you julio).. This is what i spent the better half of the weekend doing...
Stock ZC
Setup includes t25 turbo welded onto a portmatched HF manifold, 2.5in ghetto d signature downpipe. Stealmode oillines(had to use 2 of thems)
We had an extra oil drain flange and just drilled a hole for the oil return and 2 bolts, a little honda bond and some self locking nuts and locktite and that had to be the easiest most painless, professional looking oil return flange i have ever seen (might want to looking into providing 2 of them steve
Didnt have an intercooler that would fit properly, so we just installed a nice front mount pipe till the AUdi core gets worked on.
No ECU chip means check valves...
Damn nice shiny baller FMU....
The peice of ---- E-gay BOV that wouldnt open.. then when it did it wouldnt close....
Well its almost finished, I still need to socket the ecu, and plug in the 450's,
All in all i would say the88-91 civics are just the hardest to work with, couldnt clear the downpipe, the oil lines, and the IC woudlnt fit without beeing hacked beyond recognition. and then to top it all off the damn oil sensor was a bitch to take off... i had to make a special socket for it and the oil lines wouldnt fit so i had to use 2 of them... but it was fun....

I dont think its just you... it probably did... cause i retarded the timing all the way and it was still like 2 2-4 degrees advanced... i still have check a bunch of ----... i dont want this guy blowing his motor before his first oil change
