never been in a sr but i know 240's can handle like champs with not much work. i would do it, if you dont like it, just sell it and go back to hondas or something else
goodluck with either one,
jeff

i love my crx even though it is currently a bit slower than my 89 supra turbo. it is much lighter and easier to toss, but i do miss the RWD aspect of getting squirrely through turns at will
an sr20 240 or gen2 rx7 would be fun for drifting (hint: use cheap tires in the rear for more drifting fun... lol)

"very easily" no, not according to SCC who did a writeup on 240 engine swaps. its very possible, but its the hardest of all of the 240 swaps, i've done a sr20det in a 96 240 and it was kind of a bitch, so, I can only imagine what a RB engine would be like.

actually, it wasn't a bitch. we installed it and took it back out. just had to use the rb crossmember (bolts right up to the s13) and driveshaft (i'm not sure we couldn't have used the stock driveshaft, we didn't even try. the hardest part was wiring in the ecu

Ive seen the amount of work involved with the SR20 swaps and I dont know about you guys, but Civics are much easier to work on and swap engines/trannies than 240s... Not that the 240 is a bad car, i just think the hondas are easier. Too bad you cant go drifting with a civic (not *** dragging, ie e-brake)

dude, just get the civic an put it in reverse to drift... haha not really. 240's are pretty damn cool and they're not gonna be around forever so i'd say go for it
