Other than the recording quality that everyone has comented on and I'm sure your aware of, theres a lot of potential there. I'd consider using a better keyboard/pads, those sound a little chincy, a real piano would sound way more classy (don't turn around) and get out of the habit of using samples. I'm 95% sure as of 2003 its illegal to use samples no matter how unrecognizable it is from the original.

lol its not illegal to use samples, but you have to pay the owner of the song to use them. Also, as long as he doesn't profit off the song with the sample, he can use it as much as he wants

Thats right, half the rappers out there today use samples (don't want to give any names )

the 3rd song from the bottom is pretty dope. Maybe the chorus could be a lil shorter, but its cool besides that.

i should of worded that better. Unless the sample is public domain or has an expired copyright it is illegal to sample ANY of it w/out consent. Doesn't matter how small it is, how chopped up or unrecognizable it is from the original. I did a quick search on the net and looked over my notes and haven't seen anything saying that private use is an exception.
