91 mph is what a dohc zc running well will run in a 88-91 civic hatch. I use to trap 91 at 3000 ft elevation with proably high 120's whp with a sohc zc non vtec basic port work and a cam. Your not making any power simple.

i ran my 14.3@ 100. i dynoed at 209whp on my 18's. i tracked on some all seasons mounted on gsr rims. you or your car/dyno suck. something is wrong with your numbers. oh wait what torgue did you make? mine was making 226wtrq. i was spinning the first 2.5 gears and cuttign 2.3 60ft times.
