Re: 12v cummins
I want a p-pump 12v so bad. And if I ever build a diesel I will not stop till it makes 4 digit torque. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCJLY9LOqL0

2) Adjust your waste gate, as you are just blowing hot air, and will snap the shaft on that hx35. You are not making anymore power there then at 38#'s (For those that know me and my truck I realize this is a bit of the pot calling the kettle, but my waste gate does not work with the turbo as my turbo is off a piece of equipment not a truck, and the waste gate is physically will not fit. If it did I would have it adjusted down, and when I finally have a chance to get the twins on it will get an external gate.)
3) I love dually's
That is all for now.

Re: 12v cummins
Stay away from the VP44. Everybody I know with a 24V who has owned a 12V wishes they still had a 12V. The VP44 is a ------- curse and the shitty things are always the weak link. If you're looking for gobs of power and you don't want to replace a $1700 pump(for a good one) once a year, stick with the 12V. You would be surprised what you get for MPG if you keep your foot out of it. Diesel fuel is more expensive, but it's worth it IMO. ---- a gas motor.
