I say we strike against them. I think they are forgeting where they get there millions from. If it weren't for us they would be ---- stains on the street. I think they need a reality check. Let's see how fast they change there minds when everybody stops going to concerts, buying Britney dolls and Justin Timberlake action figures. If they want to play ---- ---- games, we can play ---- ---- games too.
I look at the file sharing industry as a sampler. If I like a song I DL I might go buy it. I certainly won't go buy a ------- CD without hearing it to see if I like it or not. I think the file sharing(to a point)is necessary in order to keep the listeners interested in a certain bands music.

It's the same as pirating software. If you programmed a kick *** thing that prevents viruses of all types and sold it to 10 people and then you see that 2,000 people have it wouldn't you be pissed off at all the money you 'could' have made? I know I'd sue ur *** too, lol.

The industry organization says that there are at least 1,600 more subpoenas in the works. Canadian Recording Industry Association's president, Brian Robertson, told MuchNews that CRIA has no immediate intention of filing lawsuits against individuals in Canada, but that they would be watching developments in the U.S. closely. He also noted that CRIA uses the same tracking technology as the RIAA, and that the organization was keeping tabs on substantial downloaders for possible legal action in the future.

part of the 9/11 homeland secuirty bill gives any govt. office or company the right to tap your phone/computer, spy, whatever they want, without cause. All of our local payphones have stickers on them saying some crap like This phone is tapped in accordance with security act........All of it is the man flexin it's muscles a little too much.
