There is no way I'm reading all that but if the GTO is gonna back you up in court you have a good chance of stuff getting dropped/reduced. Don't play the descriminationg/harrasement card, its all personal opinion. Base your case off of facts.

get a lawyer, plead not guilty. you'll get a speeding ticket.

i pled no contest to a similar type thing, and had to take a advanced defensive driver course and pay 400 in court fees. lets just say i was out of place in that class with all the people that had multiple DUI's and suspended liscences

Yeah, I don't think you stand a chance as far as IMPORT DISCRIMINATION goes, judge will just get a good laugh outta that ----. AND I hate to sound preachy, but it is easter Sunday, and YOU KNOW YOU HAD THAT COMING...I mean you were looking for a race, and be honest(remember, it's EASTER) if that state boy hadn't of come over that hill you would've stayed right in the gas...You knew when he cut you off the second time that he wanted you to pull over, you knew that the first time he swung it around and almost hit your car...You got to sit on the curb in cuffs in the cold because you tried to dip around and he had to almost cream you a THIRD TIME to get you to stop...If you would've tried that down here, you would've went to jail, I can guarantee you that, it would've been MORE MONEY in fines they could've put in their pockets and they would've had it documented on camera...I'm not against street racing or anything, but you gotta be smart about it, don't do it on a REAL PUBLIC street in the middle of town. RIDE OUTTA TOWN A COUPLE OF MILES on a street with less traffic. Sorry 'bout ya luck though...Ya live and ya learn...

The guy never had his lights on when he came out of no where over the double yellow line the first time and almost hit me... And no, we wern't racing at all... Our exit was 40 yards ahead of us... he was in the right hand lane, and was peelin out up the hill in his 370hp GTO... i wasn't racin~ NOR DID I TRY TO LOOSE HIM... I figured he turned around to get my friend that left a white smoke show at the light... He came past me, turned his lights on, CUT ME OFF to get behind Evan in the GTO... So I'm still thinkin "damn... hes gettin busted for peeling out"... So they're pulling off to the side of the road... so i keep driving, then WOAH! he's almost slammin the side of my car... practically side mirror to mirror...

Wasn't racing... I was at a ltraffic light... GTO peels out next to me and pulls ahead of me... therefore we are racing Noo.... Even still... if he left a smoke show... why did i get harrassed/!?!??!! it's ------ bullshit... i really hope they caught it on camera... It will prove everything.

Whatever... No one wants to hear a whiner... I'm done... i'm over it... Time to find a lawyer.

I was about to have a officer charged with harrisment and sue the police station who impounded my car and we had a realy good case. my lawyer told me we will win 100% but to be ready to be flaged and not able to drive my car 20ft without getting a ticket. she told me its better to just let it go and pay to fix my car.

got it back with smoking engine, riped apart interior, broken windows, and a whole bunch of other ----.

Id say fight the tickets and leave it alone
