Nice runs man. Makes you wanna run 8psi on the street all the time huh?
Was today the first time you've tried out the new slicks? 1.9 60's ehh, wonder if a higher stall would bring you some 1.7's

Its hard to speculate cuz the truck really pulls strong in mid range an keeps pulling. I figure it would be probably 13.0 flat somewhere in thereon 6psi boost.Got some traction issues and i need a lil better fuel supply to stand on it harder. That will come in time

How do you control the whole fuel issue w/ carb and boost always wondered

On the subject of real track or not, 1/8 is a LOT harder to race than 1/4.
Setting up a 1/4 car just takes power, setting up a 1/8 mile car requires heavy traction efforts. Street/strip cars usually blow for the 1/8 mile.
In all reality, 1/8 is more of a race because even if you have a slightly faster car you can't just "catch up" with the other guy if he leaves the line better than you do. Reaction times become a lot more critical too
Of course going faster is more fun, hence 1/4 is more common, but 1/8 is very much real racing.

You hit it right on the head with that statement Baldur.I figure if i can get it dialied in on the 1/8th mile track then when i finnally do make it to the 1/4 mile track ill have the launch down. Then all i have to do is rely on my setup to propel me through the top end of the track.

Well is some fine tuning in a carb between the power valve circuit an the secondary jets.If you dont have the power valve enriching enough then you will lean out in the mid range an can be to rich on the top end when your into the secondaries.so it takes a wide band o2 setup to properly tune it is what i have found...an a nice straight place to test it... if the brakes hold mine didnt the where literaly smoking when we got done an stopped.... :P
