Never had I had a cop or anyone sespect that I was stealing things. Even with all the stuff that I would have at my house. I think the only reason that they would be on you is if someone was pissed off.

i got pulled over with my ignition switch hanging, air bag missing....and if i remember right i also had an ECU on the floor... he didnt say a ------ thing about any of that, didnt look twice, or lean up on his glock... he just complained about his BS and sent me on my way....

if they are harassing you about something as stupid as an ECU they are fishing... they are on to you and they are gonna eventually find the real stolen ---- they are looking for...


but you answer your question, i have bought and sold a ------ shitton of ECUs... never had someone ask for a bill of sale or a receipt nor have i asked for one....

um having something that has been stolen in your posesion sp? wont prove you guilty. if it goes to court they habe to prove that you were there, it is the exact item blah blah. all you have to do is show that this is a common item to buy and sell for the hobby you have ( playing with gay slow cars) and you are fine. there have been times when I have had 5 honda ecus in my posesion without owning a honda because I go to the bone yard and buy them to sell n ebay. but I don't know you so if you did steal it then I hope you and yor mom go to prison.

If you did not steal the ECU, why don't you tell the cops the name of the person or junk yard you got if from. Whoever, sold/gave it to you should be able to vouch for you, RIGHT?
