*DrumRoll*...and the WIDEBAND says!
Well after playing with my car for about an hour just messing with different things I have finally found some good info and a decent fuel curve.
First off I'm not sure if the wideband is accurate at ide because when i first start up the car and the engine is cold my afr is about 11.4 - 12.5 Once it warms up or you rev on it once they jump to 19 - 22.5 and I'm not sure why.
While I'm crusing off boost the wideband is staying about 15.4 or so which seems a lil lean for having 35# injectors.
I played with WOT and about 8-9 psi of boost and my air fuels were high. 13.5 - 14.7 or so.... Adjust the fmu richer only made the car run leaner. At that boost no matter where i had the fmu adjusted to it missed and ran like crap under boost.
So i lowered the boost to 4 psi and went for a spin. I had afr's in the 11.4 range throughout the rpm band at WOT. So I upped the boost a lil more to 6 psi and that was about perfect. I copy pasted my last datalogged run and my afr's while at WOT stay withing 12.1 and 12.5..... I hit a high of 12.7 in a 0 - 90 mph pull. No engine misses and it runs very smoothly unlike before
The only conclusion i can draw from it running like crap after 7 - 8 psi is because the stock fuel pump cannot keep up, which seems about right from what everyone has said.
Well enough typing and onto the picture
On this pull i started turning left from a stop, as i pulled onto the road I floored it and held into the gas until about 90mph or so. The "X" axis of the graph is only a timeline I dont have the rpm logger hooked up yet. As you can see the fuel curve is very flat, I am very very pleased with that especially for an fmu. It goes to 12 afr's as soon as i hit boost...the beginning was me idling and takeing off trying not to roast the tires.
So what have we learned today 6psi good, 7-10 psi of boost = bad until the stock pump is replaced.
I love this unit and I'd suggest it to anyone. It seems to work very well and I'll figure out the idling afr's. I just got my adjustable fuel pressure regulator today and I'll install it when i get a chance. The computer might be overcompensating for the injectors from the 02 sensor which I'll unplug to see if it runs richer.... until next time Enjoy tuning

Wow, very nice. Does it feel like it has more power now? Isd this with the new exhaust too? How much of a difference did that make?

The wideband came from innovate motorsports... www.tuneyourengine.com
It game with software, serial port, sensor and the LM1 unit/datalogger for $350
Dr. Boost,
Yes this is with the new exhaust. It seems to have made a bid differeince in the upper rpm range. The boost controller used to be set at the same spot and i would get spikes to 10 psi but at wot it woulnt ever go past 7.... now it goes to 10 I'm guessing it coudlnt get rid of the exhaust gasses enough before to keep the higher boost.
So yes big difference and I like the sound a lot more.... its not a high pitch but its kinda mellow. I'll try to get vids maybe in a week or so. Track vids will come april 4th or 7th

what the ---- is wrong with the world, a fool with an automatic car and an fmu is tuning while I'm not. I think I can get like 12 more horsepower out of my bov if I just get a wide-band on there.
