hey bigdaddy, what machine shop are you going through.? I still need to get my crank polished,turned balanced etc then find out which size bearings to get. I heard about some machine shop in vancouver called tabor machine that does all Rev Motorsports stuff and ImportSS's stuff So i might take it there if its a good price.

kAIZENSPEED is doing my shortblock... DG did the Head Machining (ITS ------- NIIIIIICE toooo). Id take it to DG in Auburn if you are going to do all your own assembly. I elected to have kaizen put my shortblock together. Reid is cool as hell, and hooked me up. Since Mr. Lee is tuning it, I know it will be a healthy bitch... I just dont want to have anything happen to the bottom end due to my inexperience in building H motors... Once I get it back, me and Ross will be buttoning everything else up, doing the swap, and hell be doing my manifold. Once tthats done ill be beating one of mikes LSD "Hi torque cluthes on low boost (1 bar) Hopin for about 450 on Intecs Dyno. After Beatin it for a couple weeks and a few oil changes checking oil filters and such.. A tank of Trick 114 and go for 600 WHP. Mr Lee will be performing his magik for me then as well... Hopefully itll be painted and everything by April ready for the import series......

Well all my stuff is in vancouver,wa not up here on whidbey island. I got a ton of my stuff from Mike at LSD, actually most of it. Hooked me up with insane prices and great customer service. Im not too sure about kaizen becuase i knew someone that had a motor fullllly built there and 2 days later it blew. And he didn't rape it, he did everything they told him too.

yea but that kid was a complete dumbfuck who missed a gear the first day he had his motor running, reid is also the same guy with a fully built h22 eg hatch running 12.4?? fully built?? yea ok, he also tuned my friends b16a hatch and 2 weeks later all 4 ring lands were ---- :1 quality

well... since dave is tuning it im not worried aBOUt his end, if anything happens during break in, i know where the problem lies...thats why im having a shop build the bottom....reid and i discussed that. im sure ittl be alright though... his (reids) ---- was fast as hell at boti. its getting balanced, and BPed with oem bearings, the endyn slugs, trick kazen BS eliminATOR SETUP and eagle rods.

all shops have a shitty story or two...

im sure itl be ok.
