Theres a place right by my house that has their lights like that. They have a sign out in the front of their house that say's to tune your radio into a specific station and the lights "dance" to the music they are broadcasting. It's pretty cool, I'll see if I can get some video of it.

That video was on a Miller lite comercial today during the bears / green bay game. Same shitty quality and everything. It was pretty cool.
