Mr.Japan is going to become his personal mechanic. 
I wouldn't have said anything if Frank didn't call me out but it took him 3 days to sell this kit and collect all the money for more than he was asking. As soon as he started getting flammed online it was sold. Now if someone actually did buy the kit, I think Frank is leaving something out.
