Looks like if I bore the bike out and go with bigger cc's that I could use a T3-45 on the big side and if I stay near stock displacement a T3-40 trim would be right on the the money in the middle efficiency island at 72%.

It is right in between the T3-40 and 45 right now.

Do you guys have any ideas on what vehicles those turbos came in and recommendations on a blow through carb?

Good boy. Now we can move on. What are your power goals? Where do you want the power to be? Basically you need a compressor that can flow between 7-15lb/min and because you aren't using an intercooler, you are going to want to keep the pressure low so the intake temps are low. So figure you are shooting for about 1.5 PR.

So basically find any turbo that can flow from 7-15lb/min at 1.5PR and you are good to go. It really is that simple. compressor efficiency means more to you than a typical person as most people don't care because the intercooler takes care of a lot of the temperature increases. I'd shoot for around 70% compressor efficiency on average.

Upon a quick glimpse, turbos to look for:

Garrett:
GT12 - Big low end and midrange. Up top will be limited.
GT15 - Midrange and powerful top end.
T3 45 Trim - Laggy but top end should be ridiculously violent due to the larger turbine wheel. I wouldn't suggest it.
T25 - There are a ton of different varieties of these. Any of them are probably okay but probably a bit on the large side.

KKK:
I'm not familar with this line to be honest with you. VW/Audi guys will be though. I'm sure something like a K03 could work. There are a couple different ones though. You probably want the smallest of the bunch.

Mitsubishi:
They also came with a T25 they might be a bit big.
TD04-9b - Really solid JY choice. Come off 3000gts and Stealths. I think this is what I'd look for.

On the boost side of things I was looking for the 7-9 range max given that the bike is air/oil cooled and I don't want to have to run race gas or H2O/meth injection.

1.5 PR is right at 7lbs with a slightly large cc motor (836cc...the most popular kit)

I am guessing that the compressor map going up sharply to the right indicates a strong ramp up rate for boost?

The GT12 map that I found looks like I will be right at the edge of the choke line

That map for the TD04-9b looks right on the money. Puts me right in the middle once you convert CFM to cubic meters.

I will start looking for them now. Thanks a bunch.

Great...dodge stealths and Mitsu 3000gts. Looks like they might have been on the 1.6L colt as well.

Is there any credence to the issues of driveability and possible compressor damage with a draw through carburetor?

It appears that stock carb can be converted to blow through applications. I am sure the secret is somewhere on this board so I will start looking. Looks like the dude in the post below me is in the same predicament.
