If the O-rings / seals are too big just sand them down. Use the stock ones and jam them on new injectors.
Good luck sweet project

what do you mean with sanding the o-rings? i do not have a place to put the injectors. i was thinking of using a tube and drill it to 14mm, but then again the thube will get tho thin.

ok, I'e read it again but still dont understand what you mean heheh. but thats ok. I'e got an original g60 fitting, and I'm going to wiretap a tube with a 20mm diameter to M22. the original g60 injectorfitting should fit in the wiretapped tube.

2piece 4-2-1 manifold
the downpipe comes to the original piece. its gonna B a wierd downpipe. from 50mm to 2x 50 mm downpipe

The turbo will be topmounted. the WG on the rightside. when the manifold is finished, I know the exact posisiton. On the leftside the IC airfilter and chargepipe's....not much space..
.

the holedrill was so fuckedup it took me forever drilling those 4 35mm holes.

you can sharpen a drillbit on a bench grinder, it's quite easy. just make the first grind on the edge side so it has a slight taper (5-10º) upwards to keep the cutting edge in the metal, then grind the rest away following the angle. problem solved

still need to weld the collector flange, but i can do that once i know where the WG is comming on.Why paint it? I got carried away hehe
Trying to weld Galvanised iron sux.

The runners work perfectly.
Used some compressed air to test it.
Blow in 1 runner, and you can feel a vacuum created in the other 3 runners.
