I am in the process of piecing together a turbo kit for my 98 grand cherokee. It has the 4.0l with an obd2 computer. I only plan to run about 8psi of boost. I am starting with a .63 trim turbo to try and get power through the whole power band of the motor but if I dont like that then ill swap it our for something smaller. I have most of the parts and am hung up the the fuel/ignition and timing issue. I have done a fair amount of research and looking around and am stuck on this one issue. I have a wide band o2 and plan on running AEM FIC 1913 piggy back system with some 24lb injectors. Along with this will it be required for me to run a BTM system to handle the detonation. I am still currently in afghanistan and just piecing all this together so I slap it in when I get home. I would like to do it right the first time around and not have to worry about the longevity of it. Any and all advice or if anyone thinks there is a better way to go about it feel free to post it up.
