so I could not wait for snow, I took it in my moms field on the grass. It ran well, I am excited for sure. It hit 6 PSI boost in no time. I have a question, the BOV did not seem to open at all. I have a older Greddy RS valve, anyone have experience with these? I have it real lose but no whoosh when I let of the throttle.

you need to adjust the bov spring rate. the bov should be closed at idle vacuum and open at closed throttle load vacuum. when you close the throttle under boost the vacuum signal will spike over the vacuum signal you would get at idle. this is the only time you want the bov to open. if its not opening then you need to replace the stiffer spring with a lighter spring.

I think it needs a new spring, it is loosened out pretty far.

you may have to order lighter springs from greddy or try and cut the spring.
