Default Turbo Noob. Are my parts any good?

Hi all. I'm new to the forum, and turbos in general. I'm sorry if these questions are total noob...

I have in my possession a turbo from a Dodge caliber SRT-4 (2.4L DOHC, dual VVT w/ 285hp). It's a Mitsubishi TD04HL4S-20. I wasn't able to find much info on the turbo, as far as sizing or flow capabilities. My first question is if anyone has this info, or can guide me on how to find the sizing. Secondly, would this be suitable for my BMW 328i (2.8L DOHC, single VVT w/ 190hp) if I'm expecting 300-350hp.

Thanks,
Alex

That sounds a bit smaller than what I'd use on an M52.
