Default Saab turbo on honda d16

I recently started "hoarding" parts to turbo my honda d16y8, and came across a cheap Garrett turbo from a saab 900 turbo. It seems to be a Garrett t25, but the downpipe mount is strange. There are 3 bolts, and it looks like a ball socket, but I can't find anything that will mount up to it. Has anyone used one if these turbos with any success? If so, what was your solution?

Last time I ran into a similar situation, I hacked a downpipe off a junkyard car and started with that.

Buy 3/8in thick plate steel, trace the downpipe mount to it, and use a plasma cutter to make your own
