Default Random RICH Issue (10.0 AFR).. Car bogs down.. Help!

1997 Civic
JDM B18B
Converted from Automatic to 5-Speed, using stock Auto y7 harness still.
Stock internals, Garrett t3/t4 running at 5.5psi

DSM 450cc "blue tops", tuned with Neptune. Walbro 255 fuel pump.

Anyways.. I've been having a more reoccurring issue. The car was tuned with a clogged injector. I got new cleaned/flow tested injectors now with the same tune. Car idles at 11.7 on a wideband afr. SOMETIMES, the car will idle at ~13, if the engine is warm, etc.

Here's my problem. I will be driving, and all of the sudden (usually happens after coasting, etc)... the AFR will run max rich (10.0 on the wideband), and causes the car to have almost no throttle response. Car bogs down terribly, and you can definitely smell fuel. If I turn the car off and back on, sometimes it will go back to 10.0, sometimes it will go back to idling at 11.7..

This random rich issue is driving me insane, ... does it need a retune? Should I check the injector wiring?

Thoughts on how to solve this problem?

Thanks!

since wideband o2's only read as rich as 10.0 afr i would definitely say there is a tuning issue. since the engine was tuned with a clogged injector the tuner had to richen up the mixture to compensate for the bad injector. now that the injector is fixed the engine is going to run even richer.
lower afr's at cold start is normal. non boosted running afr's should be ! 14.7 afr. boosted afr's should be ~11.5:1 afr. bring it back to the tuner and have it retuned now that the fuel issue has been fixed.

Even at idle the afr should be 11.5:1? Seems a little rich to me still. I heard low 13's was acceptable, and mid 11's when driving.

October 13th schedule for a redyno and street tune. I also forgot to mention I do NOT have an IAT sensor hooked up. Well it's hooked up.. just dangling in the bay. Had to get flange from Xenocron welded into the charge pipe, which I just had done today. Hopefully that may help also. Not that it matters because I can't drive the next couple days cause of damn surgery (just got home from hospital ~10 minutes ago lol, of course I jump on here first.. car > me... that and the liquid vicodin sits nicely right now haaa)

all non boosted rpm ranges should be at 14.7:1 except for cold start idle. cold start idle will be a little rich till the engine warms up. only on a naturally aspirated engine at high rpm full throttle power enrichment should you see ~13:1
