k i have 2 questions ...
the external wastegate i bought has 2 ports.... which one goes to a vacuum / boost source ?? what does the other one go to ??
i heard the bottom one goes to the boost source and the top one vents ... this true ??
Also....
what is this piece ??
where does it go ??
it looks like it goes here on the bottom ...

you got it. the boost reference goes to the bottom port and the top port vents to atmosphere. the ring is a seal that goes exactly were you thought it goes. it seals the gap between the wastegate housing and the plunger for a leak free fit.
