Men you are totally right IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE, let me tell you that i took 2 years of development to my uncle`s shop (VW-AUDI-MB-BMW shop for 25 years) he knows very good the K-KE-KE Jetronic-Motronic-DigiFan- Bosch Injections as he build it them, its unbelievable the good he is, he race since many years in circuit-quarter mile so he has lots of expirience, right know my cousin is instaling a Motronic injection to my car so we can gain more setting and performance and take off all that houses and pipes and cables and the injection head, in addition to my car we install the following gauges: Air-fuel ratio, tachometer, fuel pressure, oil temp, pyrometer, boost-vaccum, to get some parameters of the car for the time of setting, we remove the original fuel pressure regulator and we install extra piping and hoses for adding the same of a 911 Porsche turbo 1984, is the same one but with boost actuator, but we didnt install it in the same place were originally comes in the block, also we add a 5th injector actuator, it works after 2500 rpms, also lots of extra works in the injection we had to remove the piping and insted putting hoses, im going to post the pics of the engine, this website dosent allow me to put pictures, its weird, whatever info that you need i will gladly provide it to you, the 103 engine is the top of the top, there was originally a turbo kit build by Hosselman for the 2.3 its no longer any more, if you open your engine you will notice that comes with BRP screws and bolts, also the compression is 9.0:1, the car comes ready to be made turbo.

are you using the cold start injector as a 5th injector? Is the benz CIS basic, CIS-lambda or CIS-E?

Correct we were using it as 5th injector. This benz (w123) uses a mechanic fuel injection Bosch K, doesen`t have lambda, the 5th injector is activated by a micro switch, my car uses 4 mechanic injectors and the 5th is electric. In the next models the w124, w201 (1985-1991) the Mercedes Benz up grade to the KE Jetronic but with the same engine, the differeces between engien to engine are nothing only the injection,the body of the w123 are less heavy than the w124. nice! Thanks for the info. Do u have anything to control ignition timing or no Also i cant tell from your pics, but where are u running your charge piping from the turbo to?? I see u have a intake setup on the top of the jetronic setup like it would be normally which doesnt seem to make sense, but where is your charge piping form the turbo going into the manifold at?? Im confused lol..

also.. How much boost are u pushing for 225hp? How much torque?? Is it a stock engine internally?? are u using the stock fuel pump still too?

That pics are from years ago with the Bosch K injection, im currently installing the Motronic Injection, wich controlls everything with more precision and we can modify it with Software and chips also we rip off a lot cables piping and other stuff. I will post pictures of the car with the new injection send me your e mail to keep you up dated, mine is adolfocook@hotmail.com or adolfo@summerlandgroup-costarica.com

Its a little complicated to explain, lets remember first that the car originally has a vaccum in the distributor that is connected with a vaccum line in the intake manifold, what we did is that we connect different vaccums the one of the BOV, the intake, the distributor, the west gate, the fuel pressure regulator,and i dont know if im missing another, and when the vaccum of the distributor feels the boost pressure the ignition advances 4 grades to kill the knocking, its very simple and cheap, at the same time when the fuel pressure regulator detects the boost pressure (remebers is the one of a 911 turbo) increase the pressure in the fuel head also the 5th injector is activated after 2500 rpms, so that gives us the correct timing, fuel. I use for racing Torco or VP Racing fuels, not regular fuel. Im adding another picture to help you to understand a little bit better. Also i have a MSD 6 BTM but its going to be installed this week with the Motronic Injection. About your other questions, remember that the fuel pumps supplies 100 PSI thats a lot, japanese, corean, american cars fuel pumps dont deliver too many PSI, so while the people is looking for racing fuel pumps WE ALREADY HAVE IT, ja ja.

Car come originally with 136 HP with 205 lbs-ft, with some simple modifications, AC Sistem-Fan- and other simple changes we gain 15 HP to the wheels. That gave us 151 HP, we boost 12 psi, according to the rules of boost every 1 psi gives you 10 HP, of course my car didnt obtaing 120 HP more because is unreal, we gaing 74-75 HP tested in dyno with VP fuel, the oil i use is the Mobile 1 for racing applications, the transmission is a 5 speed, my car is european version, comes with short differential relation, the clutch sistem is all modified, brakes a couple of tricks beacause breaks a lot 4 disk brakes, with racing brake pads, AT Blue Racing brake fluid, suespension is modified too, springs, shocks, bushing and other parts in Uretane, what else... tires Hankkok slicks R30 225-45-16,has the front and rear hood of the american edition that is made in aluminum, the engine is stock, the cylinder is not stock has modifications.
