Default I need someone to double check me.

Sup Home-made-turbo guys.
So i decided to boost my 1992 honda prelude s f22a1 Sohc.
i did my searching and i just need someone to double check ma ---- and see if i got all the information right.
so first, engine has 154,000 miles. did a compression check and read almost a constant 160-165 in all four cylinders.
so good for boost.
i wanted to do a dsm setup on it with a goal of around 230hp.
to do this i need:
-dsm 450cc injectors
-dsm injector clips
-walbro 255 fuel pump
-intercooler piping
-intercooler
-1 gen turbo manifold(could i use this one and not have any clearance issues? 90-91-92-93-94 eclipse dsm 4g63 16g 14b turbo manifold: eBay Motors (item 380266768341 end time Sep-14-10 10:066 PDT))
-which turbo would be better for my power goals? 14b or 16g i want a fast spooling turbo and i want it kinda loud haha
and i wont need a waste gate because the 14b and 16g have an internal wastegate correct?
-dsm 14b-16g down pipe
-dsm j pipe DSM 16g 14b Turbo J Pipe Eclipse Talon 90-99 1g 2g SS: eBay Motors (item 270633547084 end time Oct-10-10 10:53:09 PDT)
-oil lines
-BOV of my choice

anyother things i missed or any recommendations? any help is appreciated. thanks guys!

the turbo manifold won't bolt up to your engine and the downpipe probably won't fit around your engine.

Both turbo's are internally gated, but can overboost...

I thought if you modified the holes on the manifold it would fit?
so then if the downpipe wont fit then how do people do the dsm setups?
ahhhh you confused me now hahah

looks like i'm wrong... yeah, redrill the holes

upon further inspection, the dp looks like it needs to be custom.

Hahha alright cool!!
why is that?
if i did have to do a custom DP could i just buy this Header Turbo Manifold 4G63 DSM Eclipse Talon TD05 1G 2G: eBay Motors (item 140442836652 end time Sep-18-10 177:18 PDT)
use that DP and have a local exhaust shop make something to hook up to that?
am i on the right track here?

either port the internal wastegate a bit or use an external gate either piping off the manifold or using a sandwich plate arrangement. Cheap ebay external wastegates will work just polish the valve shaft and replace the diaphragm and spring first otherwise they are good to go.

Hey, sorry to bump an old thread but i have some more question i could not find answers to. First, thanks to everyone one so far for your answers.
so first question:
I am running a 14b turbo with a 1st gen log style manifold. Now, it says you have to remove the front torque mount in order to fit. after the install is complete, do you just leave it off? Is anything bad gonna happen?
Second question:
Since im running an internal wastegate, im i limited to how much boost i can run? Ex. i want to run 6-8 pounds daily but 10-12 pounds on track days/racenight. is the internal wastgate only going to allow me what the actuator is set for? (11psi)

i would assume you'd have to put the front torque mount back on. It does support the engine and prevents movement.

as far as the wastegate, you can only turn up the boost from it's basic setting, not down.
