Default F22B turbo lean problems

Hi guys.

We have this setup:

F22B5 stock ( SOHC without Vtec)
TD05H-16g small pumping 10psi
450cc DSM
stock fuel pump
stock variable fuel regulator
Tuned on Crome Pro

In general, the map needs very high duty cicles on all cells. The offsets are on the high latency and the multiplier is 0.53 (240cc-450cc)

But the real problem comes passing 5000rpms on full boost engine goes lean and duty exceds the 100%. Put up to 140% duty but continues lean.

Theorically this DSM injectors are good enough for our car. I see some F22 doing 280whp with DSM on stock pressure.

Some idea?

Is possible we have problems with the stock pressure regulator This accord mounts a variable-vacum unit receiving positive pressure.

Thanks

put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see if the fuel pressure drops at that rpm. if it does your stock fuel pump cant handle the fuel demand. change out your stock fuel pressure regulator with an aftermarket one that reads boost. a 1:1 ratio is all you need(raises fuel pressure 1psi for every pound of boost)

i would get a walbro or a equivalent asap. because your fuel pump might not be kickin it out fast enough especially with you havin a 2.2ltr. i hate to say it the my next mod would be a vafc to add fuel on the fly. a wideband would also help. fuel pump at ------------- $60 and vafc $75 to $200 and wideband used $75 to $200.

Sorry if I'm not explain well.

I have a wideband and Crome Pro so i don't need any apexi or WD.

The problem can be from pump like busa4 says, but I read on most tech articles Honda's stock pumps can handle up to 400hp. is for that matter I'm woried on the stock fuel regulator, not with the pump.

Anyone with similar caseż?

dont rely on other people. put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what it does.
