Default Ek running problems HELP!!!!

ive tried looking everywhere for answers and solutions and not much luck. i have a civic ek3 1.5vtec ive boosted her running low boost only 5-7 psi, ive bought all new bits for puting the turbo on itself and kinda skint now so for the fueling ive tried a fse fuel regulator and missing link. Its very hesitant on acceleration but will boost but then gauge says lean after few seconds and the engine light comes on i tried ringing ecu tuners and they all say i need to get a stand alone ecu and theyre big buck i just cant afford, its there any way of anyfing else to get this bitch boosting?

if you have money to boost a car then whats another 300-500 bucks to get it tuned. just my opinion tuning is the main key in a turbo car with out it, the car will not last long! theres several options out there for you... u can go with a hondata system or you can convert it to obd1 and tune it on chrome, ectune, turbo edit ect. spend the money its worth it i promise you
