D16Z6 Turbo Kit
Hey whats up? I am getting ready to buy a OBX-R Turbo kit. It comes with everything I need to bolt right on. Does anyone know if this is a good kit? I believe it is a T3/T4 turbo. Also does anyone have any better suggestions for me? Thanks for your help.

Next, this site is called HOMEMADETURBO.com, not buyaturbokit.com
ODX is ----, edelbrock makes a good kit though. But I highly suggest that you look into building a custom kit for the following reasons.
1. You WILL learn valuable information regarding your engine, car and mechanics in general
2. The kit you build will save you money unless you kit is stolen
3. You wont get flamed

OBX = no good
prefab kits = no good
A homemade turbo kit is cheaper, and is a lot more taylored to "your needs". If you want an all out drag monster on a SOHC civic, put a SVO turbo ( or simular ) on it, if you want a auto-x-ing ****, get a TD04L, if you want a middle ground between the 2, get a .42.48 volvo ( or simular ) turbo or DSM T-25.
You will also learn more about turbocharging and the way it works than most certifed dealers know.
PS: It will require time and lots of foul words.

can any one give me a list of things i can build/get from junkyard to boost my 93 del sol si
i want to build i turbo kit for cheap because the car is slow and i need some help/advice its my first time boosting a car take in mind the car is a daily driver
1993 Honda civic del sol si d16z6 vtec with bodykit carbon fiber hood lambo doors fiberglass fenders vtec afc apexi controller full tanabe exhaust system header pipe and true cold air intake from aem 5 speed with short throw shifter custom gauge plate 17 inch tsw rims running 205/40/17 cooper zeon zpt tires
