Default Chopper turbo build

Hello, I have a 2004 big bear venom chopper with a 107 S&S super sidewinder engine. Im looking to do a homemade turbo build on it, Any thoughts or ideas on this?? How much it will cost, what and where to get for a turbo size of blow off valve etc etc . Help is appreciated.

should be a fun build. i would stick with a small turbo like a t25 since your v twin revs low. a lot of people swear by greddy bov but i just cant justify 300.00 for a bov so there are many other cheaper options. whatever you do dont skimp on the turbo or the tune. good luck and post pics.

I read up about the T25 and I like the sounds of it, Another concern is what size piping should i be running from the turbo to the intercooler to the intake

2 inch piping should be fine. are you going to convert it to fuel injection? if your running less that 6 lbs of boost i wouldnt bother intercooling it. not worth the extra money and fabrication.

Also any know if a fuel pump is going to be needed or is the gravity fed going to do the trick?
