Nice injectors.
Are you planning on welding the T3 flange directly to your ball flange end? If it would fit, that would be nice and short from the headers to the turbo. 91twinturbowannabe's setup has the turbos pretty high up and right on the sides of the motor like that.

Re: 92 mustang twin turbos
i still dont see the point in using two worn out assed chrysler turbos... when is someone actually going to do a badass single turbo on a rustang. one of these days people will realize all of the bullshit twin crappy turbos causes. needless to say a single large turbo will produce more power per lb of boost, but it doesnt matter i guess. the turbomustangs site has some sick single turbo cars and the ones with twins are flat out waste of time dukie in my opinion.

I still don't see the point in making uneducated statements. 2 smaller turbos are easier to locate than one big worn out diesel turbo. One of these days someone will realize that a twin turbo kit is easier to package under the hood of a car with limited room. Needless to say not every single large turbo will produce mroe power per lbs of boost becuase the amount of power per psi is based off of cfm and 2 turbos can flow the same if not more than a single turbo. Maybe the site turbomustangs has some sick single turbo cars but the fact remains that the majority of the fastest 10.5 Mustangs are running twin turbos.
Or maybe why don't you just let the kid do what he wants to do, twin or single cause both ways will produce good power.

I've had both single and twin turbo set-ups on my Mustang. I actually had the Chrysler units on the car at one point and it ran pretty damn good with them! I now have a pair of Grand National T3/T4's on the car and it's just ridiculous on street tires to try and floor the loud pedal.
Twins are more "violent" I guess you could say with the on set of boost. The single set-ups always seem to hit softer when the boost came up. Twins are actually easier to package. Running a cross over and trying to fit a huge downpipe on the car wit hfront accessories is a challenge to say the least (which is why most single turbo mustangs are missing either the smog pump, P/S, A/C or all three )
Anyhow, damn good post Whitey (I still laugh everytime I type that........Whitey......................Cracker, Whitey or Peckerwood for Black Folk is the equivalent to ------ for White Folks )
