Hey there, and welcome to the forum. First of all, DO NOT purchase an eBay turbo kit. The amount of money you spend on one can be used in making your own kit which will not blow. Down below i have put a kit for you which will last you a few years.

--> Turbocharger: You're better off getting a Garrett/AiResearch turbo. ~ $150-300 (rebuilt)
--> Exhaust Manifold: Any Castiron eBay turbo manifold will do ~$130 shipped
--> Downpipe: Custom fabricated should be around $70. you'll also want a full 2.5/2.75 exhaust or you can sorda use the stock one (:P)~$400
--> Wastegate: not really needed as its more custom fab work for nothing. Get it internally gated in the turbo
--> Intercooler: Any intercooler from a junk yard. Pretty decent ones are the SAAB or VOLVO intercoolers. Or get a complete eBay kit for $160 shipped which includes the piping
--> Blow off valve: Stock 1g/2g talon; Audi/VW; SAAB/VOLVO BOSCH Diverter Valve ~$30
--> Intercooler Piping: See Intercooler
--> Couplers/t-bolts: Should be included in the Intercooler package
--> Oil drain/feed lines: From any Fitting store. will run you about ~$70
--> Vacuum Manifold: (not required)
--> Gauges: You'll really only need a PSI and OIL Gauge. A/F would really matter if you're getting a tune. ~$80

300
130
70
130
160
30
70
80
-----------
$970 (did not include the price of the full exhaust)

The rest should be put into a tune or purchase yourself a FMU (fuel management unit (usually used for superchargers - vortech)) -~$80 AND a Missing Link/Check Valve (so the motor wouldnt see boost) ~$50

Hope that helped
