Default 2004 Mustang GT twin turbo manifold help

I am trying to install an EBAY twin turbo kit on a 2004 4.6 mustang for a friend. The kit did not include the hot side piping. I was gonna try to just flip the stock manifolds, passenger side flipped fine, but ran into a problem on the drivers side... the manifold hits the aluminum coolant elbow before it even reaches the cylinder head. Has anyone tried to flip the manifolds or know where i may could purchase a set made for the twin turbo setup??

flipping the manifolds will always come in contact with something as the exhaust outlet is now pointed toward the front of the engine. cut and weld the manifold so it by-passes the coolant elbow and accessories. ive seen people do this on chevy's.

I would try to go to a single turbo setup if i were you, and run a cross pipe around passenger side of the engine.
