really, i could care less about power, i just want a good windup bov sound to **** hatas off, when i logged my ecu, the injector size said 220 ccu/min i take it thats what my stock ones are, i have 210 bhp, maybe like 250bhp for starters,,,, another question is that, ill be able to hear my engine knocking, and get a warning before the whole thing blows up right? i hear about ppl blowing their engines, but that wouldnt happen TOO easily right? starting at 4 psi of boost...
That will over run the system a tad and allow you to get away with 4 or 5 pounds, somewhat, I can't tell you it's safe because it's a band aide.
If you want to make more power than that you need injectors and a plan for tuning.

I would recommend using some of the heat wrap, even it's only where it fits, heat is the enemy of plastic/rubber under the hood as well as heat is the enemy of making power at all. The lower the under hood temps, the better off you will be since your car won't be overly tuned for the rich side of the fence with stock injectors. I would do anything to contain heat and stop knock before it happens.

For sure... I'd especially put it over those funky welds of yours so people like me don't bag on you when they see your car

DEFINITELY needs a plan for tuning. And I agree with Snagel on covering the DP welds.

injuries...
stitches were in the cut, big burn from hot welding rod on wirst, and a socket wrench slipped and ripped up pinkey...
here is the whole hotside... i know its HOME MADE, lol my dumb *** mom closed the garage at 1130 at night with it sitting in the driveway...
oh yeah, the whole engine exhaust is being routed to turbo, not just front three cyl anymore, took a saturday...
will this work? lol jkkjk

both 6cylinders have to go directly to the exhaust inlet flange then a seperate pipe leading from the turbo exhaust flange and rest of the exhaust... the way it looks like you plumbed it from that pic looks like the turbo wont even spool because it can exit the exhaust without having to force its way through, can you show me a diff angle pic?

okay so the turbo works.... car runs, only problem is that sometime it stalls at low rpms, ecspeccially when i bring it up to 5k and then slip it from a gear into neutral, the wastegate is set on about 4 psi, and i get boost at about 3.7k rpms, bov doest actuate but im getting some friendly compressor surge.
