Im new here and new to the turbo scene. I know my way around engines but Im still learning turbos and how to set them up. Ive been collecting parts to install on my 96 Ls Integra and my plan is to make a some what fast car, and one that will not explode. I plan to get a better fuel management unit Im just short on cash right now. Also only going to run stock wastegate, so 7-8lbs.

- Ebay FMIC
- GM 3bar Map Sensor
- Missing link
- Crane Cams ignition
- Accel Super Coil off my mustang 5.0

I've gotten all this for $400.00

My question's are: 1) Is there anything else I might need before installing everything ? Im installing everything at once. Not piece by piece, and risk popping my motor. 2) Anyone know a good tune using the VAFC or AFC ? 3) does anyone know a rough est for power I should expect with this combo ? hopefully from your own experience.

Start reading in the Engine Management forum. Your asking qestions from 10 years ago. All your anwers are on this website already and pgmfi.org . Your first mistake is the AFC, it will work but its not efficient at all and will rob you of fuel mileage and boost power from wrong ignition timing. You will have to set too retarded timing to be safe or detonation for power.
