Default THE BEGI rising rate fuel pressure regulator problems

I bought this boost dependent pressure regulator for my turbo zc. it does function properly although I have had problems figureing out my pressure calculation. The instructions are as follows

Pressure calculation: the fuel pressure required increasws with the square of the boost pressure ratio:
Example: 6 psi boost is a pressure ratio of 1.41. With stock fuel pressure of 36 at zero boost, than:

needed fuel pressure =(PR squared x36)+ boost=
(1.41 squared x 36)+ 6 =77.5 psi.
what i'm haveing problems with is where their getting the pressure ratio. I run 8 psi of boost and a stock fuel pressure of 28 psi.

if anyone knows how to get my pressure ratio it would really help. Thanks steve.
